The hotel was very clean and well laid out, but there were some issues with pollen due to cracks around the A/C unit. I requested an upgrade to a 1-bedroom suite but was informed of an extra $20 charge per night, which was a bit disappointing.

The hotel had some positives like the helpful service and convenient location, but there were also negatives, such as the smell of cigarette smoke in the rooms and the cold temperature. The room was smaller than expected, and the upgrade cost was a bit expensive. The service was mixed with extreme helpfulness but less friendliness at checkout. The location was commendable, offering easy access to main roads in a good area, though near a fire station. The dining experience was average with a small store but lacking counter space. The hotel facilities were sufficient, providing services like dry cleaning and laundry.

My stay was quite pleasant overall. The room was spacious and a great value for the price, but I found it to be a bit outdated apart from the new kitchen area. The service was exceptional, with staff going out of their way to assist and always being friendly and professional. The location was very convenient and catered well to my needs, with easy access to major interstates and attractions. The dining options were decent, except for the limited choices in 'The Cupboard' section. Facilities were satisfactory with additional services available and a focus on respecting privacy.
